Cranio-Sacral Therapy is an alternative medicine therapy used by osteopaths, massage therapists, naturopaths, and chiropractors. It is a gentle, hands on form of body therapy that evaluates and enhances the physiological system called the cranio-sacral system.
Total Body Balancing (TBB)is a total body evaluation and a 5-phase treatment approach. TBB uses long levers (arms, legs, head/neck or torso) and rhythmic mobilization to release tension in the muscles, fascia, joint capsules and ligaments to improve circulation, nerve, and energy flow.
Lymphatic Balancing (LB)is a specifically designed therapy that applies specialized manual lymphatic drainage techniques, originally designed to treat lymphedema, to the orthopedic patient. LB can be used to treat excess fluid (swelling), fluid stagnation or lymphedema in the cranium, spine, thorax, abdomen, viscera, pelvis, upper (shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand) and lower extremities (hip, knee, ankle, and foot).
“By Your Very Thought
Your thought, ideas, and energy can be transferred without even seeing or touching a person. By your very thought, you can send your energy and thought forces anywhere you want. Touching or seeing are limited in a way. In touching you are only using your body; in seeing you are limited to the sense of sight. But the flow of energy is not limited to these things; it can travel fast. Thought forces are even more powerful than physical forces.”
